Last Thursday, I revealed to you our new Family Command Center – a project that I have been working on, tweaking, and refining for several weeks now. As a result, this little hallway nook has become the hardworking epicenter of our home; a place where we keep everything (from incoming mail to bags to our cleaning schedule) on track and organized.

One of the main features of our family command center is the magnet board, which displays some cheery yet important printables I made specifically for this space!

Today, I am going to give you a closer look at these prints…AND, I have them all available for you to download and make your own!

Three printables are featured on this board!

The first is this fun little print that helps me keep track of what activities are available in our area. If and when Henry and I find ourselves with nothing on the daily agenda, I can easily and quickly find us an age-appropriate activity relatively close to home. This little worksheet has been a lifesaver for me on those days when our house feels a little too small, and we desperately need something to do! I keep this as a running document; when I find another activity to add, I just open it up, add it in, and re-print it!

I realize my schedule will be of no use to you, but I have a blank one ready for you to fill out (see the download below!)

The next printable is our weekly “Clean Routine.” I can take no credit for this concept whatsoever. I found this idea on Pinterest (original idea here!) I love the concept of just a little cleaning each day so that it doesn’t become too burdensome of a task. Admittedly, this is a work in progress. I have the AM and PM routines down; and I typically make it through Thursday with the daily chores, but then I fall off the wagon. I am committed to getting this down though, so I’ll keep you posted!

I have two versions of this printable for you: mine, and a blank one to fill out as you wish!

The last printable we use is a laminated one-week calendar. As a family, we keep a shared calendar digitally, which helps us track long-term appointments, trips, etc. However, we were needing a shorter-term and visible solution (as in, not on our phones or computer) to keep track of smaller things like playdates, study time, lunch outings, and weekly workouts. Each Sunday, my husband and I sit down and write out everything that’s coming up in that week. Not only does this activity get our week down on paper for us both to see, but also helps us schedule out family time and other necessary things throughout the week!

I have two cute versions for you to use as you wish!

I love these fun and helpful prints; and I have been waiting anxiously to share them with you! I hope you find them as helpful as I do. All the prints are available in one quick, easy download. Just download the file package and use whichever prints you want! (Please remember, these prints are for personal use only!).

Weekly-Organizing-Kit

I hope everyone has a great start to their week. I’ll be back on Wednesday with a closer look at my To-Do Memo board!

Until then, have a good one!

See You Soon!
